200 HR Ytt ( Yoga Teacher Training )

Dive deep into 200 Yoga Teacher Training. My Program is Yoga Alliance certified. During the course, you will cover anatomy, alignment, history of yoga, pranayama, meditation, yin, and restorative yoga. During this experience, you will gain personal growth on and off your mat, that you will hold onto forever. ​​​

 

Join a group hybrid/training - Spring 2025- $2,600

This program is designed for you to do all the reading on your own time. 

- Bi-weekly in-person / virtual meetings to keep you on track

- Immersion Retreat - to lock in  all the information.​ ​

 

Self-Paced - $2,000
