Cancellation Policy

I appreciate you supporting my business and respecting my time. We are human and things come up. I am an understanding person and willing to be flexible on occasions. I have clients dedicated to showing up to better themselves and I prioritize showing up for them on time. Booking with me reserves your spot on my calendar. If you are late for a private class, the class will end at the original time. I require a 24-hour cancellation policy for private sessions. Rescheduling a private session prior to 24 hours of the canceled scheduled appointment will be charged no fee and if payment was collected beforehand then it will roll over to the next session. With less than 24-hour notice you will be charged a fee: Fist cancellation will be charged 50% of the scheduled session The second cancellation will be charged full payment of the scheduled session After the third cancellation, full payment will be required in order to book a future session. Payment will not roll over if the cancellation is not 24 hours before the session. * Client with a history of cancellations must have fees and balances paid off prior to the next session in order to book otherwise I may refuse to work with them again*
