Join Jenny for a Full Moon Beach Flow, a magical all-levels yoga class by the ocean. ๐๐ This intentional practice is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and create space for what you truly desire. Moving under the moonlight, with the waves as your soundtrack, allows you to feel grounded, present, and in tune with natureโs rhythm. Come breathe, flow, and set your intentions in this powerful, healing space. โจ๐
